An Oxford Capital Group, LLC led venture including AEW Capital Management, LP today announced the acquisition of Viera Manor, an 86-unit/100-bed assisted living community located on the campus of the Viera Veterans Administration Outpatient Clinic in Viera Florida, which is part of greater Melbourne. Oxford also announced plans to develop a 51-unit memory care facility adjacent to Viera Manor.

Oxford acquired Viera Manor and will develop the adjoining memory care facility in partnership with AEW Capital Management, LP. AEW and its affiliates manage over $52 billion in real estate assets and securities on behalf of many of the world’s leading institutional and private investors.
