Alschuler-designed London Guarantee & Accident Building, blended with a new 22-story architecturally synchronized Modernist glass tower designed by Chicago’s Goettsch Partners. 2 Built on the site of Fort Dearborn in 1923, the historic London Guarantee Building is both a local and national landmark.
